How To Get Your Digital Items
There seems to be a bit of confusion around about how the extra digital items actually are received so we though we would put this step-by-step guide on how to actually get you cool extras.

Firstly, it's not automatic, you do actually have to send the items to yourself.

Here we present the few simple steps to get your digital items sent to any of your characters via the in-game mail system.

Once you have the actual Collectors / limited edition box with the retail serial code within. Then, you need to visit PlayNC master account page and follow the steps below.
  1. Use your master account to log in to the site / your account.
  2. Click ‘Use a Serial Code’ link.
  3. Enter your CE serial code inside CE box and press Continue.
  4. You will be prompted to create a new Aion account or upgrade your existing account. Choose upgrade your account.
  5. Now, from ‘NCsoft Account Management’ page, click ‘Game Accounts’ link.
  6. Choose Aion account.
  7. Please note that your Account Type is ‘Standard’. If you only applied pre-order code, it will say ‘Pre-order’. Click ‘Apply In-Game Items’ from Actions table.
  8. Select the server that your preferred character is on from the drop-down menu and click ‘Next’ button. (You can apply to all of your characters.)
  9. Select the character you with to receive the items and click ‘Next’ button.
  10. You will then see a list of all the items or item packs that may be applied to that character. Click the checkbox net to the item pack(s) you wish to apply to that character and then click the ‘Next’ button.
  11. Please review carefully the confirmation page and then click the ‘Apply the Items/Item Packs to this Character’ button.
  12. Now log into the game with the character that you applied items to.
  13. When you log in, you will see that you have a mail on your mini-map UI HUD. Click the ‘Mail’ button.
  14. A cute Shugo express mail deliveryman appears. Right-click on the deliveryman.
  15. You can see all CE items. Click each item and press ‘Take All’ button to move them to your inventory. If you don’t have enough room in your inventory, you can just close the popup window and retrieve the items from the mailbox in each town whenever you want them. Please note that the wings can be used after you reach level 30.
